By using Laxan (getlaxan.com) you agree to these simple terms. Laxan is run by Haina, an individual in Mérida, Yucatán, México. Questions: [email protected].
What Laxan is
A place to make little interactive cards. You make a card, share the link, and the person who opens it plays a game and reads your letter.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
Your cards
- You are responsible for what you write. The card and its letter belong to you.
- You give us permission to store and show your card so the link works.
- Only send cards to people who would like to receive them.
What is not allowed
Do not use Laxan for anything hateful, sexual, threatening, harassing, misleading or illegal. Do not use it to scam people, to pretend to be another person or an organization, or to share other people's private information. Do not use other people's copyrighted characters, brands or songs in your cards. We may remove a card or block a link that breaks these rules, and AI cards that ask for unsuitable content will be refused.
AI cards
Describe your card uses AI to write the game and the letter. AI can make mistakes, so read and edit the card before you send it. There is a limit on how many AI cards and changes you can make each day. Do not put private or sensitive information in your idea.
Prices and payments
Some options may cost money. The price is shown before you pay, and payments are handled by Stripe. Prices can change, but never for something you already bought.
Refunds
These are digital products. If your card or link does not work, write to us within 7 days and we will fix it or give you a refund. We cannot refund because someone changed their mind after the card was created and shared.
How long cards last
We keep saved cards so links keep working, but we cannot promise forever. If a paid option says it keeps your card, we will keep it for as long as Laxan is running and will give notice before closing. You can ask us to delete a card at any time.
Our responsibility
Laxan is provided as it is. We try to keep it working but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for any payment is limited to what you paid for that item. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms follow the laws of México. For disputes, the courts of Mérida, Yucatán apply, unless your consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts.

Qué es Laxan
Un lugar para crear tarjetas interactivas. Creas una tarjeta, compartes el enlace, y quien la abre juega un juego y lee tu carta.
Quién puede usarlo
Debes tener 13 años o más. Si eres menor de 18, pide permiso a tu madre, padre o tutor antes de comprar algo.
Tus tarjetas
- Tú eres responsable de lo que escribes. La tarjeta y su carta son tuyas.
- Nos das permiso para guardar y mostrar tu tarjeta para que el enlace funcione.
- Envía tarjetas solo a personas a quienes les gustará recibirlas.
Lo que no se permite
No uses Laxan para nada que sea de odio, sexual, amenazante, acoso, engañoso o ilegal. No lo uses para estafar, para hacerte pasar por otra persona u organización, ni para compartir información privada de otros. No uses personajes, marcas o canciones con derechos de autor de otras personas. Podemos quitar una tarjeta o bloquear un enlace que incumpla estas reglas, y las ideas con contenido inapropiado serán rechazadas.
Tarjetas con IA
Describe tu tarjeta usa IA para escribir el juego y la carta. La IA puede equivocarse, así que revisa y edita la tarjeta antes de enviarla. Hay un límite diario de tarjetas y cambios con IA. No pongas información privada o sensible en tu idea.
Precios y pagos
Algunas opciones pueden tener costo. El precio se muestra antes de pagar y los pagos los procesa Stripe. Los precios pueden cambiar, pero nunca para algo que ya compraste.
Reembolsos
Son productos digitales. Si tu tarjeta o enlace no funciona, escríbenos dentro de 7 días y lo arreglamos o te reembolsamos. No hay reembolso por arrepentimiento una vez que la tarjeta fue creada y compartida.
Cuánto duran las tarjetas
Guardamos las tarjetas para que los enlaces sigan funcionando, pero no podemos prometer que sea para siempre. Si una opción de pago dice que conserva tu tarjeta, la conservaremos mientras Laxan funcione y avisaremos antes de cerrar. Puedes pedir que borremos una tarjeta cuando quieras.
Nuestra responsabilidad
Laxan se ofrece tal cual. Intentamos mantenerlo funcionando pero no prometemos disponibilidad continua ni ausencia de errores. En la medida que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por pérdidas indirectas y nuestra responsabilidad se limita a lo que pagaste por ese producto. Nada aquí limita tus derechos como consumidor.
Cambios y ley aplicable
Podemos actualizar estos términos y cambiaremos la fecha. Se rigen por las leyes de México. Para controversias aplican los tribunales de Mérida, Yucatán, salvo que la ley del consumidor te permita acudir a los de tu domicilio.
